Based in Bodrum, Akin Batmaz is a seasoned lawyer specializing in real estate, inheritance, and immigration law. He earned his LL.M. degree in private international law from Ankara University, where he conducted in-depth research on issues related to the acquisition of real estate by foreigners in Turkey, inheritance matters, and the procedures for obtaining Turkish citizenship through investment.

Currently, Akin is pursuing his PhD studies at Ege University. His research focus is on the 'Environmental Impact Assessment of Industrial Enterprises within the Context of Environmental Conventions Ratified by Turkey.'

In addition to his legal expertise, Akin offers mediation services and is officially registered with the Justice Ministry. He holds an international mediation certificate from IM-Campus, accredited by the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
