03 — THE PROCESS
The Process
1. Initial legal review — title deed checks, review of available documents and the proposed transaction.
2. Document coordination — preparation and collection of the documents required for the purchase.
3. Agreement & transaction coordination — coordination with the seller and estate agent, and preparation or review of the purchase agreement where needed.
4. Title deed transfer — organisation and representation through the transfer procedure before the Land Registry.
5. Completion — finalisation of payment, title registration and any necessary post-purchase formalities.

Buying from Abroad
A property purchase in Turkey can often be completed without the buyer being physically present. With a properly prepared power of attorney, I can coordinate the required documents, communicate with the seller and estate agent, represent the buyer before the Land Registry and other relevant institutions, and manage the purchase process on the buyer’s behalf.
